Our assignment: Executive Search for Business Controllers, Project Controllers and Accounting Manager, and an Interim CFO that supported the Finance Department at Solkompaniet until a new Accounting Manager was in place. We continued to assist on an ad-hoc basis by providing “second opinions” and general recruitment support.

Our assignment: Interim CFO and recruitment support. As CFO support to management, we helped with accounting and financial monitoring and follow-ups.
