We want to help our clients to get it right the first time. A common mistake is to bring in the financial skills and expertise too late; we offer the possibility to companies to do this at an earlier stage. Bringing in strategic financial skills and knowledge or accelerating your company's existing skills and expertise at the right time is critical for growth. If you are beginning your journey, a few hours of support per week may be sufficient. However, in the scaleup phase, the need increases very rapidly. At a later stage of development, the company usually needs a full-time CFO, either in-house or interim. External factors such as pandemics, military conflict, or financial crises can also hamper growth; it is, therefore, imperative to have a plan in place for these eventualities.

What we are here for
Where we come from
Marlene and Peter first met in 2018 and quickly realised they shared a passion for working with companies going through rapid growth, and both had extensive experience with such companies. Peter’s international experience working as CFO and CEO and Marlene’s extensive network of CFOs and management consultants gave them a solid foundation to help equip companies for growth.
They eventually launched Evolvefy in early 2021, despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Our passion
Not all companies can afford the luxury of having an in-house CFO. Many senior executives and entrepreneurs suffer sleepless nights due to a lack of control and uncertainty over their company’s cash flow and financial situation. companies with ambitious plans but lack a strategic business-oriented CFO can run into problems when their business takes off: Evolvefy wants to enable growth by offering flexible solutions adapted to each company's needs and size.
Where we are now
Our first year exceeded all expectations, with many satisfied clients engaging us for Growth Analyses, Interim CFO and Executive Search. By the end of 2021, we opened our Accounting Services, performing day-to-day Bookkeeping and Salary Processing for many of our clients. In April, we launched a service within Crisis Management, which is also crucial for successful growth. We have expanded and welcomed new and talented colleagues to the Evolvefy team.
During 2022, we brought in a new Managing Partner, Jens Ålander, to strengthening our CFO Interim business.
We are proud to have Sweden’s most extensive network of CFO consultants and candidates with specific startup and scaleups experience and an understanding of our client's challenges. We look forward to growing together with our clients and helping new innovative companies with the challenges they face.
